Photos of products must be attached to application, facebook or website links are not accepted. Payment MUST be included with application.
All vendors must complete the application and sign the release and indemnification agreement and rules. Applications, payment of fees, photos and applicable permits must be given to Hwy 87 Trade Days BEFORE you set up.
If fees are not paid by the 1st Saturday of the month - your booth space is NOT guaranteed. For direct sales folks, this opens your space to another rep. *When you pay online there is a tax added to pay for the transaction fee that we incur for online payments*
All fees must be paid prior to attending Market. Any returned checks unpaid for insufficient funds or any other reason will be charged $35.00 plus any other applicable fees.
Electricity is on a first paid basis as we are limited to outlets, not available for 5x10 spaces. Vendors must bring their own heavy duty extension cord. Please do not overload with numerous objects.

Vendors must sell out of their booths only, no soliciting allowed outside your booth and you may not sublet your space. All space rentals will be handled through Hwy 87 Trade Days.
We advertise that vendors are doing business between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Gates are open no earlier than 6:30 for you to set up and you should be completely set up by 9:00 a.m. Your prepaid space will be held until 8:30 a.m. If you are not in your space by that time or if you have not informed us that you are going to be late, we will assume that you are not coming and you will not be entitled to any refund.
PAVILION: PLEASE do not drive on the rocks surrounding this area as you will get stuck! Stay on the road as close to your area to load/unload as possible.
HALL: You may unload under the cover of the main entrance. Please leave room for multiple vehicles to load/unload at the same time. Please make sure to move your vehicle as soon as possible to the vendor parking area.
It is your responsibility to ensure your space is clean and orderly before leaving. Trash containers are provided for your use. Failure to clean your space may result in a clean-up fee or the vendor may be prohibited from participating in future Hwy 87 Trade Days events.
Please understand that the State of Texas requires anyone selling tangible personal property or taxable services to have a sales tax id. Vendors are responsible for paying their own taxes. The current tax rate for Victoria County is 8.25%. Please be sure to include your sales tax id on the application and remit a copy of your permit for our files, if applicable to your business. No sale is permitted of fireworks, pornography, offensive pictures, silly string, stink bombs, confetti, illegal items, items that infringe upon registered trademarks or any item that would harm the property or the reputation of Son Valley Ranch. Knives are not to be sold to anyone under the age of 18.
This is a juried event and all items to be sold must be disclosed. No flea market or garage sales items will be accepted. Please note that we will do everything we can to separate vendors with like items but can not guarantee, especially with hand made crafts/items.
Alcohol, tobacco and electronic cigarettes/vaping equipment are NOT allowed on Son Valley Ranch premises.
Animals are NOT allowed on Son Valley Ranch premises unless proper service animal papers and gear are provided on the service animal.
